TrendRunner is designed with privacy as a core principle. Our platform operates primarily as a client-side application. We do not require you to create an account, nor do we ask for your name, email address, or phone number to access the core dashboard.
To provide a seamless user experience (such as remembering your watchlist, portfolio allocations, and custom settings), we utilize your browser's Local Storage. This data is stored entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
In order to provide real-time market data, your browser makes direct requests to third-party public APIs (such as Binance, DefiLlama, and Alternative.me). These services may collect standard web analytics data, such as your IP address, according to their respective privacy policies.
Some links on our platform, specifically trading links leading to cryptocurrency exchanges, are affiliate links. If you click these links, the destination exchange may place a tracking cookie on your device to attribute any subsequent account creation or trading activity to TrendRunner. This does not result in any additional cost to you.
