# Coin Logo Attribution

These files are bundled only to identify assets in the TrendRunner interface. Coin names, symbols, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. TrendRunner does not claim ownership, sponsorship, or endorsement by any coin project, exchange, or logo source.

## Sources

- PNG logos such as `btc.png`, `eth.png`, `arb.png`, and `fet.png` were obtained from the `cryptocurrency-icons` collection:
  https://github.com/spothq/cryptocurrency-icons
  The source repository should be reviewed for its current license and attribution requirements before redistribution.

- SVG logos obtained from Crypto Logos are attributed to that source:
  https://cryptologos.cc/
  Use remains subject to Crypto Logos' current terms and any applicable trademark rights.

- SVG logos obtained from Simple Icons are from:
  https://github.com/simple-icons/simple-icons
  Simple Icons publishes its icons under CC0 1.0 Universal. The project name and coin marks remain trademarks where applicable.

## Usage

The logos are used as nominative product identifiers in cards, holdings, the Signal Log, and the expanded analysis view. They are not presented as official TrendRunner branding or as an endorsement of TrendRunner by the represented projects.

## Fetching missing logos

Run from the repo root:

```bash
node scripts/fetch-coin-logos.js
```

This downloads any symbols from `CONFIG.assets.crypto` that are not already in this folder (SVG preferred, then PNG). Coins still missing fall back at runtime to CoinCap / letter chips in the UI.
